Theory only in connection with practice
We go through any theory only in strict connection with practice! The more practice - the better! We believe that it is impossible to learn without practice. For instance, if you do not create a single process in practice, with your own hands you’ll never master a Process Design. In fact, it’s better to create 50+ processes! :) Thinking and being able to do things in practice are the most important skills that we teach. We work on this principle in every lecture.

Create a product and go through ITIL and SDLC in Analyst role
A student goes through a unique path of creating their own product in the role of an Analyst at all stages of the product development lifecycle (ITIL and SDLC). You will start with the basics of service architecture, learn how to create and fill a Lean Canvas and make a Competitive Analysis and SWOT, continue with a Process Design and writing competent requirements and technical specifications, and in addition, study everyday team management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence. And this is only 1/100 of the program.
