Make intelligence your secret weapon and build your career in IT!
2
Be in the spotlight
We are not teaching for nobody else than our students, so it
is they who are in the first place. We do not hunt for the "big
checks" and "shotgun" approach is not our style, we adhere
to an individual approach and deep development and
immersion for each student. Our goal is to provide students
with the most comprehensive, complete and detailed set of
knowledge that can meet the needs of a wide variety of
employers and businesses. Remember that an Analyst is
always a person who wears a lot of hats. You should be able
to hold all of them on your head in the same moment.
We adhere to an individual approach and deep development and immersion for each student
3
Roll up your sleeves
If it's creating a product, exploring a new skill and profession,
establishing your future career, one thing is unconditional truth:
all that matters takes time and e!ort. Analytics is a complex,
deep, multi-level world that you are able to make your habitat.
Comprehending such a complex science requires diligence,
e!ort and the ability to work on mistakes. That is why we devote
such a large amount of time to real business cases and real
tasks, also developing the specialization of analytics in relation to
various business areas. This is a fast-changing environment that
you need to get used to. The rewards will not come overnight, but
it definitely worth it! Progress happens with every small step.
All that matters takes time ad e!ort. Progress happens with every small step.
4
Every man to his trade
We believe that not everyone manages to find their true
vocation from the first second and sometimes you realise
that it's just "not my cup of tea", but we always try to do our
best for you to be inspired by the fascinating world of
Analytics during the studying process and really be able to
turn it into your "life's work" after graduation. That is why we
are building a program based on not just "passing the
course", but "Mastering the Profession". So get your foot in
the door and look what's behind it!
We built a program based on not just "passing the course", but "Mastering the Profession" and finding your true vocation in analytics.

Know the ropes
Modern IT-industry is a pretty tough and competitive business, we
know it 100% from our own experience. We are deeply convinced
that a true professional is an Analyst who owns a variety of tools
and doesn't set some boundaries in his knowledge. There're no
good System Analysts who are not able to explain what their
product is designed for and what functionality we implement for
end-users, just as there're no good Business Analysts who are
unable to understand what "insides" their application has, what
challenges development team faces during the implementation
process. Versatility and the ability to "switch" expertise depending
on the current needs of the project is the key to success.
Versatility and the ability to "switch" expertise depending on the current needs of the project is the key to success for a professional Analyst.
6
No "them" and "us" situation
An analyst is the most important link in the chain between
"development" and "business" sides of the project. He doesn't
play "a manager" or "an IT-guy" parts, he speaks the language of
the product he creates. We talk to UX/UI designers in the same
"Figma prototype" language, with developers in the "scripts and
code" language and with business customers in the language of
"profit and loss". Therefore, flexibility, soft skills and the ability to
exist in a multifunctional team are as much significant, as
knowledge about API methods or writing business requirements.
We teach you to be specialists, capable of ordering chaos and
assembling working systems like a lego constructor.
Being the most significant link in the chain between "development" and "business", we aren't speaking from any of these sides, we speak the language of the product we create.
